Recycling at TPS isn’t just an afterthought. We believe it is part of our commitment to sustainability and circular economy principles.
Long before others, we saw what may have otherwise been considered ‘waste’ as a quite valuable resource with substantial underutilised worth.
Our Recycling Process
We work with our customers to collect and reprocess their plastic by-products into quality materials for a second life. The product portfolio of plastics includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Pelletising and Regrinding
With the PP and LDPE materials, we go a step further and produce them in pellet form. This is an ideal format for manufacturers who want to use recycled content within their product. Other materials are sold as a good quality regrind, providing a generic feedstock for many industrial applications.
Closing the Loop
We help find new homes for these materials and close the loop in the plastic lifecycle. This reduces the amount of waste sent to landfills and preserves resources and energy that would have been used in making virgin plastics.
