Our in-house toolroom in Dromcollogher, Co. Limerick, is equipped with advanced CNC machining and EDM technologies to meet the complex design needs of modern automation and moulding industries. Capabilities include:
- 5 CNC mills and 2 CNC lathes for accurate machining
- 2 CNC sparker EDM and 1 wire machine EDM for complicated detail work
- 3 surface grinders for high quality of finish
- 3 manual lathes/mills for specialised jobs
- Sandblasting and ultrasonic cleaning equipment for perfect surface preparation and cleanliness
This advanced toolroom infrastructure allows us to deliver high-tolerance, automation-compatible components with short lead times and consistent repeatability.
