As Managing Director, Sam leads the overall strategy and vision for Total Plastic Solution. Since purchasing the company in 2007, he’s been instrumental in transforming TPS into the innovative, technology-driven manufacturer it is today. His focus is on driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and long-term growth, not just for TPS, but for every client we partner with.
Jason is the driving force behind TPS’s operations and growth. As COO, he keeps everything running smoothly; from moulding and tooling to recycling and data management. Most days you’ll find him on the road, meeting customers, attending events, and sharing our story of innovation.
Tim is our Toolroom Manager, and all-round operations guru. With over 20 years at TPS he’s seen it grow from a local moulding provider to a high-tech global manufacturer. Known for his calm focus and problem-solving mindset, Tim turns challenges into smart, efficient solutions that keep our operations running
Two decades, countless challenges, and now as of recently, a new chapter. As Recycling Manager, Aidan’s leading the charge on TPS’s new Recycling Facility, turning waste into value and driving a more sustainable future for plastics manufacturing.
A perfectionist in the best sense, as Quality Manager, Mairead makes sure that “good enough” never makes it out the door. With deep experience in quality systems and a background in healthcare, she’s all things audits, compliance, and continuous improvement. Off the factory floor, you’ll find her on the rugby pitch coaching the next generation in teamwork, discipline and resilience.
