2025: A Year in Review

As the year draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what has been a very successful and energising year at TPS.

Our brand refresh and new website were launched at the end of 2024, and throughout 2025 we’ve really felt the impact of this updated identity. Feedback on the refined branding and website has been overwhelmingly positive, and it has helped us communicate more clearly who we are and what we stand for.

A Busy Year of Events

Events played a central role in our activity this year, both at home and abroad. We exhibited at and visited a wide range of industry events. A few highlights include:

Biopharma & Life Sciences Connected Live, Cork: Our first exhibition of the year and an important one for us. With medical device and pharmaceutical customers being a key focus, this event gave us the chance to connect with industry peers and to learn about some of the main trends facing the industry including supply chain complexities, digital transformation and automation and AI.

Aircraft Interiors Expo, Hamburg: This was another key event for us, as we provide high-performance plastic injection moulding solutions tailored to the aviation and aerospace sectors. We attended as visitors and had productive conversations around future collaboration and high-performance injection moulding solutions.

Pollutec, Lyon: Sustainability is an important pillar for TPS, so Pollutec was a natural fit. We had a series of insightful meetings and came away encouraged by the ambition within the sector and the scale of opportunities emerging. We were also invited to the Polutec Conference, and attended a reception organised by Enterprise Ireland and IDA together with the Consultat General d’Irlande.

Plastics Live, Dublin: We exhibited at the inaugural event in Dublin. It was a great opportunity to catch up and connect with people from all areas of the plastics industry in Ireland. In particular, we had significant interest in our recycling solutions.

Awards

We were proud to receive Highly Commended in the Innovation category at this year’s SFA National Business Awards which took place on 26 March at the RDS in Dublin. As finalists, we also benefitted from the excellent supports provided by SFA, including a masterclass weekend and the opportunity to exhibit at SFA Connect.

Our Expanded Recyling Centre

One of our major milestones this year was the expansion of our recycling centre, reinforcing our ongoing commitment to sustainability. The upgraded facility is now close to completion and will operate 11 dedicated recycling lines, each focused on a specific material stream.

Cluster Development

Strengthening our relationships with key industry clusters across Ireland has been another important focus this year. Throughout 2025, we collaborated with and attended events (both in Ireland and overseas) hosted by ATIM, IDEAM and MET, building connections that support long-term growth and innovation.

New Starters

Throughout the year we have expanded the TPS team, with 7 new starters. They were across Recycling, R&D, Software Development and a Toolroom Apprentice.

2025 has been an incredibly productive year, and we anticipate an even busier 2026.

We’d like to wish all our employees, customers, and industry partners a very Happy Christmas and we are looking forward to continued success together in 2026 and beyond!
